Problem Statement

The purpose of this exercise is to learn how you think about products. We want to get a sense of how you think about product strategy and functionality in a consumer-facing environment.

Think about a tech product or app that you use

1. What is one pain point you would address as a product manager for it?
2. Describe what you would build to resolve this challenge and improve the UX. Why is it meaningful?
3. Describe how the improved functionality would work: we’re not looking for you to describe the technical aspects of this solution
4. What metrics would you track to determine if your idea was successful?
